Youth Volunteers Needed to Aid Fellow Students

Local service agency VEAP is calling for Richfield youth to ditch the video games for volunteering this August. 

VEAP serves Richfield's elderly, poor, and hungry, and those living in other south metro communities. In a post in Richfield Patch's Boards section, the organization urged area students to do some "back to school volunteering" to help distribute school supplies to their less-fortunate peers.
