• Deceased Renville County Jail inmate identified as Roseville man (twincities.com) — A Roseville resident, 53-year-old Percy Lee Strother, has been identified as the man who suffered a medical emergency at the Renville County Jail on Jan. 1 and later died at a hospital. Investigators report no obvious signs of trauma, and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the cause of death remains under investigation.
