11 Inches Of Snow Possible Friday In Stillwater: NWS
A massive snowstorm is headed toward the Twin Cities metro area. Here is the localized forecast for Stillwater.
STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater is set to get hit by a massive snowstorm Friday, with forecasts showing 5-11 inches of snow could fall in the city.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for all of Washington County that runs from noon Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday. The storm is likely to make traveling difficult, especially during the Friday evening commute, according to the NWS.
Snowfall forecasts have been increased for Friday, as “accumulations of 6 inches or more now look likely across southern Minnesota into western Wisconsin,” the NWS tweeted.
