STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater is set to experience a weather rollercoaster in the coming days, with temperatures to dip below zero Thursday before climbing to nearly 40 degrees this weekend.

The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook for much of the Twin Cities region, warning wind chills could reach as low as 25 degrees below zero overnight Wednesday and Thursday.
