Restoration of Voting Rights, 7 p.m., The Town Hall at Boutwells Landing, 5600 Norwich Parkway, Oak Park Heights. Free. Join the League of Women Voters-St. Croix Valley and the Boutwells Social Justice Committee for a discussion of restoration of voting rights for persons who were convicted of a felony and have served their sentences and are living in a community.
