'Dangerous' Wind Chills To Return To Stillwater This Week: NWS

STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater is set to be under a wind chill advisory Monday night through Wednesday morning, with "dangerous wind chills" forecast for much of the region, according to the National Weather Service.

The wind chill advisory will take effect at 9 p.m. Monday and is due to last until 10 a.m. Wednesday. Forecasts show wind chills could reach 30 degrees below zero.

The National Weather Service is urging residents to wear appropriate clothing while outside, as frostbite could affect exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

A 20 percent chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a temperature rising to around 23 by 1 a.m. South southwest wind 10 to 15 mph becoming west after midnight.
