Previously paid separately, now a combined bill will include: water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and signs and lighting.
STILLWATER, MN —The city of Stillwater is reminding residents that water and sewer invoices will be combined into one bill beginning in 2022.
Previously, water and sewer invoices were sent out and paid separately. Now, the combined bill — which first will be issued in January — will feature fees for water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and signs and lighting
Residents' current sewer utility account number will be their new account number for their combined bill. The water account number no longer will be used.

Meanwhile, for residents who set up ACH with a voided check, "these automatically ended" after December 15, 2021, the city said.
However, if these residents used the same bank account for their sewer payment, they will not need to do anything as that will continue when the bills are combined in January, according to the city.
Finally, the city reminds residents who are writing checks for their utility bills that they should use black or blue ink and must avoid including staples or tape.
