Stillwater Under Winter Storm Warning: How Much Snow To Expect?

STILLWATER, MN — The city of Stillwater and the rest of Washington County are currently under a winter storm warning, which is set to last through at least Thursday evening.

"Heavy snow expected. Snow accumulations of 4 to locally 8 inches overnight tonight into Thursday," the National Weather Service said.

"Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute."

Stillwater is expected to get between 4 and 7 inches of snow when all is said and done this week.

Confidence is fairly high that the Stillwater area will get at least 4 inches of snow accumulation.
