Tuesday in Stillwater: Getting Warmer ... but Windchill Still Harsh to Start

Stillwater, you've almost made it. The air's still cold and the wind is still blowing, but it's getting a little bit better. Look for a high of -5 °F with wind chill as low as -27 °F on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon Tuesday. The wind chill at the Lake Elmo airport was -23 °F at 8:12 a.m.
