STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater residents can expect a steep drop in temperatures following the latest round of snow throughout the area Wednesday.

Wind chill values are forecast to drop as low as 20 degrees below zero Thursday in Stillwater, according to the National Weather Service. The NWS forecast for Stillwater shows a high near 0 on Thursday.

Friday is set to be mostly sunny with a high near 8 degrees, the NWS said.

Temperatures are forecast to rise Saturday, with a high near 29 degrees, though there is a 20 percent chance of snow after noon, the NWS.

Arctic air and hazardous wind chills are due to return Sunday through Tuesday, forecasters said.
