1 Woodbury Company Makes Fastest-Growing List: Inc.com

WOODBURY, MN — A business in Woodbury is among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, according to a new list released by Inc.com.

The annual list highlights 5,000 of the country's fastest-growing companies, which are ranked by overall revenue growth over a three-year period. The top 500 are then featured in the September issue of Inc. Magazine.

Honorees must apply to be selected.

In total, this year's honorees brought in $248 billion in revenue and added more than 2.5 million jobs to the U.S. economy.

The fastest-growing company in Woodbury is MinnTech Distribution, according to this year's list. Located on 380 Rivertown Dr #700, MinnTech Distribution is a manufacturing company that deals with production and cleanroom supplies.

In all, the company grew more than 95 percent in the past year.

At the top of this year's list is Human Bees, a Lathrop, California-based staffing firm that has found employees for companies including Tesla and FedEx. Overall, the company recorded a year-over-year growth of 48,345 percent.

Companies that have made the list in the past include Pandora, 7-Eleven, Toys R Us, Zipcar and Zappos.com
