4 Woodbury Schools Added To MN’s Coronavirus Outbreak List
No Woodbury schools were on the state's coronavirus outbreak list last week.

WOODBURY, MN — The number of Washington County schools with recent coronavirus outbreaks more than doubled in the past week, with four Woodbury schools added Thursday to the state’s outbreak list.
Nineteen schools in the county were included this week on the Minnesota Department of Health’s list, which updates every Thursday. Nine Washington County schools were included last week on the state's list. No Woodbury schools were on the coronavirus outbreak list last week.

A school is deemed to have an outbreak when it reports five or more confirmed cases of the virus in students or staff who were in the building while infectious during the most recent two-week reporting period.
Schools on the list may not have ongoing transmission, and schools are removed from the list if they have not reported a new case for 28 days, according to MDH officials.

South Washington Co. Schools Ranked Among Top 50 MN Districts
Here are the four Woodbury schools on the state's coronavirus outbreak list:
- East Ridge High School, South Washington County Schools
- Woodbury High School, South Washington County Schools
- Woodbury Leadership Academy, charter school
- New Life Academy, private Christian school
