Best Student-Teacher Ratios: How Woodbury Senior High School Performs

WOODBURY, MN — When it comes to high school class sizes, the smaller they are, the better.

A better student-teacher ratio means that students are less likely to be "just a number" in the classroom.

According to Niche, a data and analytics website, Woodbury Senior High School has a student-teacher ratio of 43:1, which is well above the national average of 17:1.

Nearby East Ridge High School has a ratio of 41 to 1, while Eastview High School has a ratio of 21 to 1, Niche states. The Math and Science Academy of Woodbury has a ratio of 18 to 1.

Still, Niche ranks Woodbury as the 15th best public high school in Minnesota.
