Crowned New Miss River Valley & Miss St. Croix Valley

Woodbury, MN - On February 12, 2022, Rachel Eron of Minneapolis was crowned Miss River Valley 2022, and Rachel Weyandt of Mounds View was crowned Miss St. Croix Valley 2022 at Woodbury High School.

Rachel Eron is a University of MN – Twin Cities graduate with a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering, a STEM advocate and an engineer. She is originally from Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Her social impact initiative is “STEMing Creativity, Growing Innovation.”

Rachel Weyandt is University of Northwestern graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Music. She is currently a music teacher. She is originally from Lino Lakes, MN. Her social impact initiative is “The Heart of Foster Care."

You will see them around the Twin Cities for the next year furthering each of their own social impact initiatives and serving the community. They each will take home a scholarship with the possibility of more scholarships through the Miss Minnesota & Miss America Organizations. They will be competing for the title of Miss Minnesota on June 16th & 17th at Grace Church in Eden Prairie.
