Going Places! (EMSO)

Woodbury-based East Metro Symphony Orchestra (EMSO) is pleased to present Going Places!, an all-new concert celebrating travel and adventure through music. The performance will be held Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 2499 Helen Street North, North St. Paul, MN. Admission to this concert is free. Donations in support of the orchestra’s work in the community are always appreciated.

In our long Covid-19 seasons of staying home, music has helped us get away and look forward with hope to a more open world. Going Places! will highlight music that features faraway places and adventures. The program will include music by Jean Sibelius, Gioachino Rossini, Edvard Grieg, and others, as well as orchestra medleys of popular Broadway musicals.

St. Mark's Lutheran Church currently limits audience size to 200. Please visit EMSO’s website at www.emsorch.org to reserve seats. Reserved seats are recommended but not necessary. Remaining available seats will be filled on a first come, first serve basis on concert day. All audience members are required to wear a mask and it is recommended that non-familiar groups keep 6 feet apart while inside the building.
