Open House on Radio Drive Expansion Project

The City of Woodbury and Washington County invites the public to attend a public information and open house meeting to discuss an upcoming project.

     

The city and county are proposing to reconstruct Radio Drive from Bailey Road to Hargis Parkway. Improvements include widening to four lanes, trail construction, construction of an additional pedestrian underpass, permanent intersection control at Hargis Parkway and landscaping improvements.

The project will also necessitate transitioning the widened roadway back to the existing rural section south of Hargis Parkway.

The purpose of this meeting is to briefly outline the proposed improvements and gather public input.

The meeting to discuss this project will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, in the Birch conference room at . 

The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m., with a brief presentation by city staff. We will discuss general information regarding the scope of work, property impacts, preliminary design options and schedule. The remainder of the meeting will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions and comment on the project.
