• Area high school students explore health care careers at RCTC event (postbulletin.com) — A Woodbury connection stood out at Rochester’s Discover Healthcare event, where Math and Science Academy student Clare Nelson, Minnesota HOSA’s vice president of growth, explored bioengineering and health careers. About 130 high schoolers from across southeastern Minnesota rotated through hands-on sessions on in-demand medical fields, guided by RCTC staff and Mayo and Olmsted Medical professionals aiming to ease the state’s health care staffing crunch.
