'Project Belle': Distribution Center Planned For Woodbury: Report

WOODBURY, MN — Woodbury Planning Commission recently recommended approval of the construction of a large warehouse and office building, Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal reported.

The building is planned for a 73-acre site at the intersection of Hudson Road and Manning Avenue, according to the report.

Ryan Cos. US Inc. proposed the project, also known as "Project Belle" at the Planning Commission's last meeting, but wouldn't say who the tenant is, the publication reported.

The 517,000-square-foot building would employ 500 year-round workers, which could double during the holidays, the report said.
