Punch Party: Invite to Fight Leads to Charges for Woodbury Man
The alleged victim told police he was treated for two fractured eye sockets, a fractured cheekbone, broken nose and broken teeth.

Police say a man was invited to a party where, at the behest of his ex-girlfriend, he was sucker punched by a Woodbury man who now faces assault charges.
Jacy Campbell Dow, 19, could see up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine stemming from the November 2011 incident in Cottage Grove.

A woman brought her son to the Cottage Grove Police Department to report an assault at the 7600 block of Hinton Avenue South. The alleged victim told police his ex-girlfriend was upset after they broke up.
He was invited to a party at the apartment complex, where Dow tried to pick a fight. He told police he turned around and was sucker punched, and was jumped on and punched several times while he was on the ground.

He told police he was helped by others there and taken to , where he was treated for two fractured eye sockets, a fractured cheekbone, broken nose and broken teeth.
Later that day, Dow came into the CGPD and was taken into custody. Dow told police the other man threw the first punch.
