'Shelter-In-Place' Lifted For Woodbury Target

WOODBURY, MN — A shelter-in-place issued for a Target store in Woodbury Monday morning has been lifted.

Just before 10 a.m., Woodbury Police, including a SWAT team, were called out to an "active scene" at the Target located at 7200 Valley Creek Plaza.

Authorities had asked the public to stay away from the Valley Creek Plaza area. "If in the immediate area, shelter in place," police said.
