SoWashCo Schools Will Only Require Masks For Grades K-8
Masks will be recommended, but not required, for students and staff in high schools.
WOODBURY, MN — SoWashCo Schools announced its mask policy for Fall 2021.
Students, staff and visitors of elementary and middle schools will be required to wear masks inside the schools beginning Aug. 23, regardless of vaccination status, the district said.
For those in high schools, masks are "strongly recommended," the district said.

Masks will be required for athletics and other activities for middle schools and recommended for high schools, the district said.
Additionally, masks will be required for everybody using school bus and other district transportation, SoWashCo Schools said.

Staff and students do not need to wear masks when outdoors, the district said.
