Woodbury Mom Is A 'Warrior, Cheerleader, Educator & Nurse'

WOODBURY, MN— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks! Here at Patch we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours. This submission comes from Lisa Hanson who nominated Jenny Remter of Woodbury.

What makes your Mom extra special?

My friend, Jen, is the most amazing and selfless autism mom who deserves a special shoutout. She advocates & is devoted to making sure the needs of her three boys are met. Therapy appointments and meetings are a daily routine. She is more than just their mom. She is a warrior, a cheerleader, educator and nurse.
