Woodbury's Jesse Crane to be Honored as Outstanding Senior at Washington County Fair

Washington County Fair's Senior Citizen Celebration is from 1-3 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 3 at the fairgrounds' West Pavilion. Seniors get free admission until 1 p.m.

The Washington County Fair will host its annual Senior Citizens Celebration from 1-3 p.m. Aug. 3 at the fairgrounds' West Pavilion.

Seniors 65 and older will receive free admission to the fair until 1 p.m.

The event will honor the 2012 Washington County Fair Outstanding Senior Citizens: Mary Kukacka of Denmark Township and Jesse Crane of Woodbury. Refreshments, door prizes and bingo will follow the recognition event.

Washington County Attorney Pete Orput will be the Master of Ceremonies. He and his staff will provide information on identity theft prevention. Plus, there will also be information booths set up by Lakeview Health, Pharmacy and Home Instead Senior Care. 

Seniors will be able to take shuttle buses from the fairgrounds parking lot to the event.
