• Winners of Meridian Footwear Shoe Designing Competition prototype unveiled at the MAX (wtok.com) — Students from Northeast High in Meridian saw their winning work-boot design unveiled as a prototype at The MAX, created with local company Meridian Footwear Co. The innovative shoe uses new foam and non-Newtonian material to make steel-toe-style boots more comfortable. Their prototype and other student designs will be on display at The MAX through mid-January.
