Momentum State of the Workforce Survey Launches
The Missouri Job Center announces the launch of its Momentum State of the Workforce Survey. Businesses, educational institutions, non-profits and local governments from around the region are encouraged to give feedback through this annual questionnaire.
“Now more than ever the Momentum survey allows the Job Center to gage the needs of the business community, as well as identify challenges facing the workforce across our seven-county Ozark Region,” said Sally Payne, Director of Workforce Development for the City of Springfield. “The data obtained from this year’s survey will be a key indicator of how organizations are responding to supply chain issues and the worker shortage. I hope the entire community finds the survey results helpful and uses it as a resource,” Payne added.
Area businesses leaders, community organizers, hiring managers, and education leaders are encouraged to take the survey which can be accessed by visiting www.Momentum2022.net.
