It's official: Bozeman City Commission adopts Unified Development Code (bozemandailychronicle.com) — Bozeman’s City Commission has officially adopted a new Unified Development Code, overhauling the city’s zoning rules and development review processes effective Feb. 1. After years of public input and revisions, the code aims to expand housing options, simplify zoning districts, and meet new state land-use requirements that will shape how Bozeman grows.
