Clark County School District: Clark County School District Celebrates National School Lunch Week

The Clark County School District (CCSD) will observe National School Lunch Week (NSLW) from October 11-15. The NSLW theme this year is “Wild About School Lunch,” which is designed to show parents, students, and school officials the benefits of eating school lunch.

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) serves nearly 30 million children every school day. National School Lunch Week (NSLW) was created in 1962 to promote the importance of a healthy school lunch in a child’s life and the impact it has inside and outside of the classroom.
