Downtown Las Vegas Shooting Injures Three Bystanders
Police arrested one suspect and are looking for another in a Sunday morning shooting that injured three people in Downtown Las Vegas.
LAS VEGAS, NV - A fight broke out early Sunday morning in Downtown Las Vegas, leading to a shooting that injured three innocent bystanders, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said. All three victims sustained non-life threatening injuries in the incident.
An investigation by LVMPD's Gang Investigation unit determined that a fight broke out near Fremont St. and 6th St. shortly before 3 a.m. on March 18. Police said that two or three individuals involved in the fight pulled out guns and began shooting at each other, but the bullets hit three innocent people.
Police arrested 29-year old Dustin Pellican at the scene and are seeking to locate a second suspect. A photo of the second suspect is included in this article.

Pellican is being charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, two counts of battery with a deadly weapon, possession of a gun by a prohibited person, and two counts of conspiracy to commit battery with a deadly weapon. He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday morning.
