Here are the top three stories today in Las Vegas:

1. A Las Vegas father and son were struck by a suspected impaired driver on Tuesday night. The incident occurred in southeast Las Vegas near the 1600 block of South Nellis Boulevard around 8:00 p.m. The son was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. (Subscription: Las Vegas Review-Journal)
2. Musician Nick Jonas will be hosting a tequila signing event at Lee's Discount Liquor in Las Vegas on Friday. The event will be from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the location on Rainbow and Flamingo. Jonas has a signature tequila brand labeled 'Villa One.' The Jonas Brothers will be performing at Dolby Live after the signing event. (News3LV)
3. Due to a drenching rainstorm in Las Vegas, Nevada's election results will be delayed until today or later. Nevada Republicans are reportedly upset about the delay, but Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo is asking the party to be patient. Candidates are still expressing election confidence despite the delay. (WSJ.com)
