Here are the top three stories in Las Vegas today:

1. Las Vegas Drag Races have received a last-minute unexpected donation. The E.T. Bracket Nationals was originally canceled due to a shortage of traction compound for the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but an undisclosed glue supplier donated the necessary glue barrels. The Test 'n' Tune drag races originally scheduled for Dec. 3 will remain canceled, however. (Casino.Org News)
2. Recording artist Gwen Stefani has announced a series of Las Vegas shows on New Year's Eve weekend. The performances will be on Friday, Dec. 30 and on Saturday, Dec 31 at The Venetian Resort. Tickets are starting at $139.95. Click for ticket information. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
3. Las Vegas' Mob Museum is hosting its annual Repeal Day celebration on Sunday, Dec. 4. Guests are invited to "party like it's 1933" and are encouraged to wear 1920's inspired clothing such as pinstripe suits and flapper dresses.
