Here are the top three stories today in Las Vegas:

1. Hanukkah started yesterday at sundown, and Las Vegas locales are celebrating the holiday with a colorful display. High Roller, the iconic Las Vegas ferris wheel on the Strip, lit up in blue and white colors last night to share in the Hanukkah joy! High Roller has 28 cabins, some with open bars. The wheel takes about 30 minutes to complete one full revolution. (News3LV)
2. The Las Vegas Rescue Mission gave local tweens and teens a special gift this Saturday. The rescue mission hosted its annual 13th annual Holiday Toy Giveaway, handing out toys and other gifts. Las Vegas Rescue Mission handed out about 4,000 toys at the event. The giveaway also provided clothes and blankets to keep tweens and teens cozy this winter. (Subscription: Las Vegas Review-Journal)
3. Las Vegas late-night snack fans are in for a special holiday treat! Doritos will be launching its ghost kitchen menu in Las Vegas. Doritos After Dark will feature a unique collection of different late-night snacks to keep you going no matter what time your night ends. The special will run be available until Dec. 21 starting every afternoon at 4:00 p.m. (News3LV)
