  1. The Nevada Housing Division is creating the Home Means Nevada Initiative, providing down payment assistance for first-time home buyers. The organization will allocate $10 million to the housing division and Nevada Rural Housing, handing out $15,000 to applicants. (News3LV)
  2. Northern Las Vegas is the most popular city for Gen-Z workers, according to a SmartAsset report. The financial technology company reported about 16 percent of Gen-Z work in the city, which places Las Vegas in the top 20 for this workforce. (News3LV)
  3. Advanced Aesthetics and Hankins Sohn Plastic Surgery partnered with Friends in the Desert Foundation to provide holiday meals and entertainment to the homeless. The foundation serves about 25,000 meals each year. This is the second year the businesses have teamed up for the cause. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
