  1. A suspect has been indicted in a plan to kidnap and kill a local Las Vegas race car driver. A former fellow inmate of Clark County Detention center informed a grand jury that he was solicited by 42-year-old Arutyum Akopikyan to kill Jeffrey Schildmeyer. Schildmeyer, a local race car driver, had previously testified that Akopikyan had robbed him at gunpoint of $210. The two men had known each other for several years at the time of the robbery. 2. Next week, you can get your pet vaccinated and microchipped for free. The Animal Foundation and Petco Love have collaborated on a free, walk-in vaccine clinic. The clinic will be held at the Animal Foundation Campus on N. Mojave Road on Dec. 12. Vaccines and microchips will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
  3. Police officers from Las Vegas joined together with the community to collect toys for children. On Sunday, the Las Vegas Police Department was on hand for a "Badges and Bows" event. Located at the Walmart on Centennial Hills, officers showed off some of their dance moves as part of the event. All toys donated went to St. Jude's Ranch. (News3LV)
