Here are the top three stories today in Las Vegas:
- The Killers will be performing a new year's eve show in Las Vegas. The performance will be at The Chelsea inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Saturday, Dec. 31. This will be the fourth time that the band has performed at this venue in 2022. Tickets will be going on sale Friday, Nov. 18 at 10:00 a.m. Click for ticket information. (News3LV)
- The Clark County Clerk’s office has opened evening appointment times for residents needing to apply for a passport. The Marriage License Bureau location in the Regional Justice Center has been reopened. Each appointment will be a 15-minute block. There will be a $35 fee to Clark County for passport application acceptance. Click for appointment booking information. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the two individuals that were shot and killed by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers. Rodney Franklin Finch, 62 years old, was shot on Shady Shores Circle on Friday after allegedly pointing a firearm at responding officers. Jose Cabrera Hernandez, 49 years old, was shot in the 200 block of Kipling Street during a SWAT response. The department will be hosting media briefings soon about both incidents. (3 News)
