Police Arrest Man For Friday Homicide In Hazelwood St. Alley
Las Vegas police arrested a man they allege shot and killed another man Friday night on Hazelwood St.
LAS VEGAS, NV - Police have arrested a man and charged him with murder in connection with an April 20 homicide in Las Vegas.
At 9:21 p.m. on April 20, police were notified that a citizen found a man who had been shot in an alley. The victim died of a gunshot wound to the chest on the scene. There were no witnesses to the shooting.
According to a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department release, the investigation identified 42-year old Gonzalo Rivera as the suspect. He was arrested without issue on Wednesday, police said.
