- Former Clark County administrator Robert Telles has pleaded not guilty to the stabbing of a former Las Vegas investigative journalist. Telles was stripped of his elected position after his arrest for the Sep. 2 fatal stabbing of reporter Jeff German. His next court date will be Nov. 2 in front of Clark County District Court Judge Mark Denton. (Las Vegas Sun)
- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has added 37 new police officers. The new officers graduate from the department's training academy today. The new officers are a diverse group that speaks multiple languages and come from five different countries. (KTNV 13 Action News Las Vegas)
- The District Attorney has decided to not press charges against a Clark County bus driver. The driver was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on Tuesday morning for one count of abuse of a vulnerable person. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a September incident that occurred at the Cheyenne Bus Yard. (KTNV 13 Action News Las Vegas)
