Here are the top three stories in Las Vegas today:

1. Las Vegas Strip's Brewdog has been stripped of its ethical B Corp certification. The brewpub lost the certification the day before it was set to open on Friday, Dec. 2. The certification was stripped after a BBC documentary and open letter surfaced from workers. Despite the loss of certification, the brewpub opened as scheduled. (Casino.Org News)
2. A judge has ruled that Yoni Barrios, 32 years old, is not mentally competent to stand trial. Barrios has been accused of stabbing eight people on the Las Vegas Strip on Oct. 6. Two out of three doctors determined that Barrios' mental state was not sufficient to understand the charges that have been filed against him. He will be transported to a state facility to receive psychiatric treatment. (KTNV 13 Action News Las Vegas)
3. The Magical Forest holiday attraction has returned to Las Vegas. This is the 31st year that the winter wonderland has been featured in the city. Funds raised from the attraction will go to support local programs that help people with developmental disabilities. The attraction is located at 6300 West Oakey Boulevard. Click for ticket details.
