Here are the top three stories in Las Vegas today:

  1. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reports that a man was shot and killed on Monday following an argument inside an apartment. The incident occurred in the 1700 block of Karen Avenue around 11:58 p.m. The victim was transported to Sunrise Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Clark County Coroner's Office is working to determine the victim's identity. (KTNV 13 Action News Las Vegas)
  2. A tiny home project for seniors in Las Vegas has received approval. The tiny home development is meant to address the area's housing shortage. According to the Nevada Housing Coalition, there are about 25,000 seniors listed as "extremely low income" in Nevada. The project will be at Rome and Decatur Boulevard. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
  3. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection to a deadly stabbing that occurred in October. Guillermo Carillo, 41 years old, has been charged with murder for allegedly killing Eric Enriquez in the 1800 block of Pacific Street. He has been denied bail. (Fox 5 Las Vegas)
