Here are the top three stories today in Reno:

1. A Washoe County resident has been infected with the hantavirus. The teenage boy was admitted to the hospital on Nov. 8 and remains hospitalized. The investigation is ongoing, and no additional details have been provided. This marks the first hantavirus case in Washoe County since December 2020. (News 4)
2. On Nov. 11, Downtown Reno will celebrate Veteran's Day with a parade throughout the area. The parade will begin at the Virginia Street Bridge at 11:11 a.m. and finish at the 5th Street intersection with Virginia Street. The theme of the parade will be 'honor.'
