SPARKS, NV - Reno Police reported an officer involved shooting that has left a man dead in Sparks. Police say that 27-year old Humberto Vera-Munoz was pronounced dead at the scene after an incident that occurred after 10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24.Two officers from Sparks Police Department were the officers involved in the shooting, according to an Reno Police release.
