Reno Motorcyclist Dies After Colliding With Ambulance
A 50-year old man died at the hospital after his motorcycle collided with an ambulance in a Reno intersection Saturday morning.

RENO, NV - A 50-year old man died after crashing into an ambulance that was responding to a separate call on Saturday morning in Reno, police said. The accident occurred around 11:20 a.m. when the ambulance was driving through the intersection of N. McCarran Blvd. and the southbound off ramp of Highway 395.
The ambulance was traveling with its lights and sirens on. The Reno Police's Major Accident Investigation Team responded to the accident. The man, whose name has not been released, was transported immediately but died at the hospital, an RPD release said.
Nobody was in the back of the ambulance when it was struck, Reno police said.

UPDATE: The male victim has been identified as 50-year old Kenneth Dixon of Sun Valley, NV, Reno police said Monday.
