Here are the top three stories today in Reno:
- The Reno City Council will be meeting on Thursday to discuss the process of replacing Council member Oscar Delgado. The special meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. Delegado is the second council member to resign this year. In the previous resignation, the council decided to appoint a replacement. That process has been criticized for taking away the will of Reno voters. (Subscription: This Is Reno)
- Washoe County 4-H Festival was held on Sunday afternoon at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park. The festival was intended to bring awareness to the many benefits the 4-H program provides to children and the community.
