Police received a complaint from a delivery driver that someone was inside the restaurant destroying property at 5:15 a.m, <a href="http://mynews4.com/news/local/heavy-police-activity-closes-intersection-of-prater-and-mccarran-in-sparks" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">KRNV reported</a>. Police surrounded the area and entered the building before 9 a.m. but nobody was found inside. Sparks Police say the delay in response may have allowed the suspect to get away.
