COP LOG: Theft, Driving Under Suspension, Possession of Drugs

Monday, Nov. 18, 2013

• 3 p.m.: Arrested Falysha Chara Courcy, 25, of 193 Route 13, Brookline, on a charge of theft. Courcy was released on a summons to appear in the Milford district court on Dec. 12. 

Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013

• 8:22 a.m.: Responded to a single-vehicle accident on Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported. Driver was Stephanie Beard, 23, of Amherst.

Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013

• 12:04 p.m.: Arrested Cristy Lee Fernandez, 34, of 11 Atwood Court, No. 1, Nashua, on charges of habitual offender, theft and disobeying a police officer. Fernandez was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. She was scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 12 at Milford District Court.
• 2:45 p.m.: Arrested Sean Tyler Harris, 17, of 8 Sprague Road, Amherst, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Harris was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 12 in Milford district court. 
• 2:49 p.m.: Arrested Morgan Elisabeth French, 18, of 7 Crockett Lane, Amherst, on a charge of transportation of a controlled drug. French was released on $400 personal recognizance bail. She was scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 12 in Milford district court. 
• 5:39 p.m.: Arrested Trevor Austin Finney, 19, of 7 Gail Ave., Tyngsborough, Mass, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Finney was released on $800 personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 12 in Milford district court.
  

Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013

• 11:15 a.m.: Arrested Eric Bartolomucci, 37, of 15 Christmas Tree Lane, Milford, charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Bartolomucci was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 12 in Milford district court.
