ARREST LOG: 23-Year Old Charged with Assault, Vandalism

Bedford Police have busy arrest weekend.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bedford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Oct. 4

7:45 p.m. - Marie Poissant, 25, of Manchester, arrested on a warranty following a motor vehicle stop on South River Road and Eastman Avenue.

Friday, Oct. 5

2:00 a.m. - Keith Bernasconi, 32, of Nashua, charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Route 101 and Old Bedford Road.

3:17 p.m. - Derek Young, 31, of Manchester, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Boynton Street and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, operating with a prohibited drivers license and operating a motorcycle without a driver's license.

Saturday, Oct. 6

11:17 p.m. - Thomas Davidson, 23, of Peterborough, arrested after police responded to a domestic disturbance call on Route 101 and charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief (vandalism). He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Sunday, Oct,. 7

12:16 a.m. - Matthew Gendron, 24, charged with facilitating an underage drinking party near the intersection of Boxwood Road and McAllister Road after police responded to a disorderly conduct and noise complaint. Thirteen other were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. Read full story here.

11:00 a.m. - Jamie Birmingham, 21, of Manchester, arrested on a warrant following a motor vehicle stop at Colby Court,
