Bedford Firefighters' Association Presents 'Firemen's Ball'

BEDFORD, NH — Community members are invited to attend the 76th annual Firemen's Ball presented by the Bedford Firefighters Association. The event is a fundraiser for the scholarship and rescue funds of the firefighters' association. It will take place May 15 at 6 p.m. at the Manchester Country Club in Bedford.

The Firemen's Ball is a chance to spend time with the local fire officials and their families, and interact with other members of the Bedford community. The Chad LaMarsh Band will perform at this year's event. Social hour will start at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served starting at 7 p.m. Then, there will be dancing from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Over the years, the Bedford Firefighters Association has used proceeds from the event to fund scholarships for graduating high school seniors, and has purchased numerous medical and rescue equipment for Bedford firefighters, according to the association.
