Bedford Police Log, April 28 to May 4: Criminal Trespass Arrests

Criminal trespass arrests were among incidents reported in the Bedford police log for April 24 to May 4.

BEDFORD, NH — The following items have been selected from the Bedford police log for April 28 to May 4. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Monday, April 29 — Brandon L. McShaw, 23, of Manchester, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended vehicle registration.

Tuesday, April 30 — Raphael Avital, 63, of Merrimack, is charged with reckless conduct and negligent storage of a firearm. Luis Vega Aguirre, 35, of Manchester, is charged with criminal trespass. Matthew W. Baker, 57, of New Boston, is charged with operating with an expired license.

Wednesday, May 1 — Jouse A. C. Costa, 38, of Peabody, Massachusetts, is charged with operating without a valid license. Ahmed A. Mohamed, 24, of Manchester, is charged with alcohol interlock vehicle not being equipped with the interlock, suspension of vehicle registration, driving after revocation or suspension, and driving without giving proof. Rebbecca L. Lesperance, 22, of Manchester, is charged with criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking of property valued at more than $1,500. Tavin Renee Vincent, 19, of Manchester, is charged with suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension. Two people are charged with criminal trespass on Old Bedford Road. A gunshot is reported on Mcallister Road.

Thursday, May 2 — Kenneth W. Cournoyer, 41, of Manchester, is charged with suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension. Peter J. Raymon Jr., 51, of Goffstown, is arrested on a warrant during a vehicle stop.

Friday, May 3 — Nicholas Malette, 20, of Manchester, is arrested on a warrant and charged with interference with custody. A vehicle accident involving injury is reported near the intersection of Colby Court and South River Road.

Saturday, May 4 — Randall P. Francis, 40, of Bedford, is arrested on a bench warrant. Vandalism is investigated on Wallace Road. Someone is arrested on Nut Hatch Lane. Wayne A. Petersen, 52, of Manchester, is charged with suspended vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension.
