Bedford Police Log, May 12-May 18: DUI, Criminal Threatening

Criminal threatening, DUI and accident-related arrests were among items reported in the Bedford police log for May 12 to May 18.

BEDFORD, NH — The following items were selected from the Bedford police log for the time period of May 12 to May 18. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Sunday, May 12 — Christopher D. Green, 25, of Bedford, is charged with criminal threatening and disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, May 14 — Ashley M. Padro, 21, of Manchester, is charged with driving without giving proof, driving after revocation or suspension, and a traffic control device violation. Eric Carlson, 32, of Manchester, is arrested on a warrant for a conduct after an accident charge. Matthew Silverstein, 41, of Manchester, is charged with suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension. Derek Gagne, 29, of Manchester, is arrested on a warrant and charged with operating a vehicle after being certified as a habitual offender.

Wednesday, May 15 — Cheryl A. Lawson, 34, of Bedford, is charged with a drug offense, driving after revocation or suspension, and is arrested on a bench warrant. Brandon C. George, 27, of Fremont, is charged with driving under the influence.

Thursday, May 16 — Nicholas B. Sacco, 24, of Manchester, is charged with theft by unauthorized taking with two prior convictions, resisting arrest and criminal mischief.

Friday, May 17 — A person is transported to Elliot Hospital after a vehicle accident on Ray Wiezorek West Drive. Matthew J. Jordan, 39, of Milford, is arrested on a warrant for a conduct after an accident charge. Troy A. McKinney, 31, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, is charged with operating without a valid license.

Saturday, May 18 — Police investigate a vehicle accident involving injury on Nashua Road. Another vehicle accident is investigated on New Boston Road near Dunlap Drive.
