BEDFORD, NH — The following incidents were reported in the Bedford police logs for the time period of Sunday, March 31 to Saturday, April 6. Those who were arrested are presumed innocent unless they are proven guilty in court. The names of any minors have been omitted.
Sunday, March 31 — Police investigate a vehicle accident on County Road and another vehicle accident at Ascot Court. Police investigate assault on Ridgewood Road and a report of theft on Kilton Road. Nicole Dion, 29, of Manchester, is arrested on the charge of operating a vehicle without a valid license. Kathleen Lee Zuchowski, 53, of Bedford, is arrested on DUI and open container charges during a traffic stop at near Old Bedford Road and Leavy Drive.
Monday, April 1 — Police make an arrest during a vehicle stop on South River Road. Police make an arrest after a caller reported suspicious activities in progress on South River Road. Kevin Rojas Garcia, 20, of Manchester, is arrested on charges of disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension. Disorderly conduct is reported on Route 101. Police investigate scam phone calls. Disorderly conduct is reported on Hazen Road. Police address assault on Nashua Road.
Tuesday, April 2— Police investigate a dog complaint on Whippoorwill Lane. Police address a fraud incident on Hazen Road and a theft report on South River Road. They also investigate a report of endangerment on Route 101.
Wednesday, April 3— Brian K. Cote, 28, of Weare, is arrested on two bench warrants during a traffic stop on South River Road. Kaila Elizabeth Bliss, 28, of Manchester, is arrested on a DUI charge in the area of South River and Ridgewood roads. Francisco Javier Berlingeri De Jesus, 26, of Manchester, is arrested on charges of theft and willful concealment. Police respond to a structure fire on Joppa Hill Road.
Thursday, April 4 — Police address vandalism on Jenkins Road and investigate criminal threatening on Liberty Hill Road. Casey H. Lever, 34, of New Boston, is arrested on a warrant during a vehicle stop on Kilton Road. Police assist with a domestic disturbance on Joppa Hill Road and investigate reported theft on Bedford Center Road. In the area of Route 101 and Route 114, Jonathan Camire, 28, of Manchester, is charged with DUI after police received a medical 911 call.
Friday, April 5— Elizabeth A. Desavage, 34, of Manchester, is arrested on a bench warrant and is charged with driving after revocation or suspension during a traffic stop in the area of South River Road and Palomino Lane. Christopher Picard, 35, of Bedford, is arrested on a bench warrant and is also charged with resisting arrest, during a vehicle stop at White Avenue and Route 114. Police investigate scam phone calls and make an arrest during a vehicle stop at Route 101 and Covenant Way. Theft is reported on South River Road. Disorderly conduct is reported near Route 101 and Old Bedford Road. Police investigate a vehicle accident on Route 101.
Saturday, April 6 — Police investigate disorderly conduct on Route 101 and reported identity theft in the area of Magazine Street. A domestic disturbance is reported on Hawthorne Drive. Christine Krauss, 47, of New York, is charged with DUI in the area of South River Road and East Point Drive.
