Bedford Shows its Appreciation to Town Employees

The Bedford Town Council, Thursday, held its third-annual employee appreciation luncheon at the old Bedford Town Hall.

Roughly 100 town employees – from police and fire personnel to DPW workers to town office employees – attended the event, which was funded by contributions from each of the seven Bedford Town Councilors, along with donations from several local businesses.

The employees were treated to a variety of food, including chicken skewers and steak tips from T-Bones Great American Eatery, pastas from Carrabbas Italian Grill, pasta salad from Fresh Market and much more. Several gift cards and other items were donated by local businesses, such as The Inside Scoop and Murphy's Taproom, and raffled off to the employees during the meal.
